Why Gilroy?

Gilroy Homes has consistently won the prestigious Gold Service Award for outstanding service to its customers every year since joining the Saskatchewan New Home Warranty Program in 1988. While most builders offer 1 year, Gilroy Homes is one of the few builders who offer 2 years of protection against any defects in materials and/or workmanship.

One thing I have learned building homes for over 45 years is that customers need the truth. We have aligned our staff so that the same person will guide you through the entire building process, from the time you imagine your life in a new neighbourhood to the day you move into your new home. Our process is transparent. We do not make excuses, and we will not sacrifice the quality of your home in the name of saving time.
